Salman Khan-produced and Kapil Sharma-hosted upcoming comedy show on TV might have none other than Shah Rukh Khan opening the season. Buzz suggests that Shah Rukh Khan will grace the first episode of Kapil Sharma’s comeback show on television, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in tow, who too may accompany SRK to promote ‘Zero’. The film is set to release on December 21 this year, and hence it could be ideal to club the promotions with Kapil’s TV show. With Salman Khan putting his might behind Kapil’s third TV innings, and first as a producer for Sallu, a new set is being erected at Mumbai’s Film City studios.
For those who tuned in just recently, Kapil has hosted SRK a lot of times in his TV shows in the past. This time around, Kapil will be accompanied by Sunil Grover or Ali Asgar to support his act, as is the general norm with such comedy shows. Bharti Singh, Krushna Abhishek, Chandan Prabhakar, Kiku Sharda and Sumona Chakravarti are the other big comedians who have been roped in for the new programme. Since Salman Khan is just a producer, it is still not clear whether he too will appear on the opening episode with Shah Rukh Khan to promote ‘Zero’ or will do another act with Kapil Sharma to promote the TV show.
