Two years ago, when Arpita Khan tied the knot, Bollywood celebrities Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan buried all their differences with a heartfelt hug. Further cementing their friendship, buzz is that SRK has agreed to do a cameo in Salman Khan’s upcoming film ‘Tubelight’. Reports state that Shatrughan Sinha was to shoot for this cameo but King Khan has now been approached to play the part. If all goes well then Kabir Khan directed ‘Tubelight’ will definitely be a treat to watch out for for Salman and Shah Rukh’s fans.
Nine years ago, Salman Khan made a guest appearance in Shah Rukh’s ‘Om Shanti Om’, which released in 2007. The film had many celebs and cinema stars in cameo. Earlier this year, buzz was that SRK would feature in Sallu’s ‘Sultan’, released in July, but the footage did not make it to the final film. It remains to be seen whether ‘Tubelight’ will be able to bring together the two powerful Khans of Bollywood again on screen or not. ‘Tubelight’ will glow the screens during Eid 2017. If not for the film then SRK may join Salman Khan on ‘Bigg Boss 10’ to promote his next Bollywood release ‘Dear Zindagi’.
While they await ‘Tubelight’, audiences are enjoying Shah Rukh Khan’s special appearance in Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’, which released last week.
