National Award winning choreographer Remo D’Souza, who is gearing up for the second season of ‘Dance +’, says reality TV shows are a boon to most of the aspiring dancers and gives them exposure to showcase their talent. “Reality shows have been a boon to most of the aspiring dancers and choreographers, as it goes without saying that, firstly it gives them exposure to showcase their talent. Then if you are good you get noticed and appreciated and work starts flowing in,” said Remo.
“Some of the older generation dancers and choreographers although they were good did not get exposure and they couldn’t make it,” he added. Remo, who won the Best Choreography award for the song ‘Deewani Mastani’ from the film ‘Bajirao Mastani’, at the 63rd National Film Awards earlier this year, has been choreographing songs for Bollywood films for over two decades now.
