Ranveer Singh-starrer biographical project, ‘83’, is set to release next year, on August 30, 2019. The reason behind ‘83’s’ August 30 release is that actor has his hands full till then. Directed by Kabir Khan, this sports film is based on 1983 World Cup victory of the Indian cricket team. Ranveer Singh, featuring as captain Kapil Dev, will be an interesting watch but the actor has a busy year ahead and hence ‘83’ has been pushed to 2019. Ranveer recently began shooting for Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Gully Boy’ with Alia Bhatt in the by-lanes of Mumbai. Post ‘Gully Boy’, Ranveer will begin work on Rohit Shetty’s ‘Simmba’, which is scheduled to release in December 2018. This has made ‘83’ to release on 30th August 2019.
