Priyanka Chopra, Shah Rukh Khan in Sajay Leela Bhansali’s Ludhianvi flick?
Priyanka Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan may feature in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s biopic on Urdu poet Sahir Ludhianvi. The celebs and cinema stars filled Bollywood film is tentatively titled ‘Gustakhiyan’
Priyanka Chopra is back in town and while in Mumbai she has promised to announce her next Bollywood project soon. Buzz is that the celebrity actress met up with her ‘Bajirao Mastani’ director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and the duo is planning to work on Hindi cinema based on the late lyricist Sahir Ludhianvi. The movie is reportedly titled ‘Gustakhiyan’ and will trace the famed poet’s relationship with writer and poet Amrita Pritam. The news coming out of the Bollywood stable is that SLB has got a nod from none other than the celeb and cinema world’s superstar Shah Rukh Khan to play the famous Urdu poet on the silver screen. In the past, many celebrities like Fawad Khan, Irrfan Khan and Deepika Padukone were speculated to be a part of this poetic biopic. However, Sanjay Leela Bhansali plunged head on into making ‘Padmavati’, ending all talks about ‘Gustakhiyan’. However, now that Priyanka is back and SRK is also tipped to come on board, ‘Gustakhiyan’ may begin in 2018.
