Since there is too much work, especially on songs, is pending, celebs and cinema stars-filled Bollywood film ‘Jagga Jasoos’ could be postponed yet again, missing the April 7 release date
Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s much awaited Bollywood film ‘Jagga Jasoos’ was announced to release on April 7, clashing with Amitabh Bachchan-starrer ‘Sarkar 3’. However, reports coming out of the Bollywood stable now suggest that the celebs and cinema stars-filled flick ‘Jagga Jasoos’ maybe postponed to avoid the clash and here’s what director Anurag Basu has to say, “‘Jagga Jasoos’ is a family holiday film. Since exams are pushed at most of the places, we are contemplating the delay. But the postponing of ‘Jagga Jasoos’ will happen only if we get a better date. Having said that, as of now the team is getting ready for 7th April release.” But if the entertainment industry rumours are to be believed then this could be a cover-up, as quite some work is yet to be completed on ‘Jagga Jasoos’. Apparently, the Bollywood film has a lot of songs as Ranbir’s character, who stammers in the film, keeps taking help from songs to convey his message. More than a dozen numbers will feature in ‘Jagga Jasoos’. Director Anurag Basu is yet to finalise this mammoth task and then follow it up with lip-syncing too. Hence in all probability, ‘Jagga Jasoos’ may well be delayed yet again!
