It looks like Jackky Bhagnani has put to rest his ‘acting skills’ and is busy playing the producer in Bollywood. After having done half a dozen films, Jackky has now turned producer with ‘Sarbjit’. The film is a biopic on Indian citizen Sarabjit Singh, who was convicted of terrorism in Pakistan, and his sister’s struggle to prove his innocence.
‘Sarbjit’ will be Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s second film after she ended her sabbatical post motherhood. Omung Kumar is directing this film with Randeep Hooda donning the prisoner’s garbs in the form of Sarabjit. While Jackky’s acting career never really took off in Bollywood, as a producer he looks very hopeful. The actor-turned-producer has also been getting a lot of support from his Bollywood friends like Karan Johar and Ritesh Deshmukh, who have been encouraging his changed career move.
