Sushant Singh Rajput and director Neeraj Pandey are going about town promoting the biopic ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’. The man himself, Indian cricket team captain MS Dhoni recently saw the Bollywood film and was rendered speechless after watching the biopic. “Both of us were silent for some time after he saw the film. There was nothing to speak. I guess that goes on to say that he must have liked it,” says director Neeraj Pandey.
When the Bollywood filmmaker was questioned about making a movie on Indian martyrs after Dhoni biopic, Neeraj Pandey quipped, “We make stories. I don’t think every film should fall in a particular genre. As storytellers we need to talk about everything. This is a very motivational, inspiring film and is about heroes in us. That inspiration can come from anyone,” explaining that everybody is a celebrity is his/her own right.
