Sonakshi Sinha feels that demonetisation has affected everybody, including the entertainment industry. Keeping that in mind, although her recent release ‘Force 2’ did well, it could have fared even better
Sonakshi Sinha and John Abraham starrer action packed ‘Force 2’ hit the screens during the ongoing demonetisation situation in the country. The Bollywood film collected Rs 20.05 crore at the end of its first weekend at the Box Office. “Going by the present demonetisation situation in the country, I feel that ‘Force 2’ has done well. I am happy. It could have been better, but we are all a part of this situation and circumstances,” says Sonakshi. Having said that, Sonakshi goes on to praise the government’s move as she adds, “Demonetisation has affected everyone and not just the film industry. We will have to suffer the inconvenience for some time because this step is for the betterment of our society.”
