The season finale of ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa…Hot Hai’ is just around the corner and the contestants are in for a huge surprise, this weekend, as Dwayne Bravo emerging as the newest challenger for the coveted Jhalak trophy. Sashaying into the show and into the hearts of the audiences and judges, Dwayne will make his grand entry on the show by dancing to his popular number ‘Champion’. The ‘Champion’ fever will quickly take over the jury table as judges Jacqueline Fernandez, Karan Johar and Farah Khan will sway to the beats of this Caribbean cricketer’s superhit song.

Host Maniesh Paul will pull out the welcome mat for Bravo, in his own quirky way, by grilling him with hard-hitting Hindi questions. Jacqueline will also get caught in this crossfire as she becomes Bravo’s personal translator through the night. The contestants, on other hand, will accept this challenge with a smile on their faces, mesmerising everyone with their awe-inspiring acts. Adhering to the theme of the night i.e. costume drama, Salman Yussuf Khan upped the levels of theatricality with his ‘Beauty and the Beast’ inspired act. Teen sensation Shantanu Maheshwari will be seen stepping out of his comfort zone and attempting a classical dance form Chhau. Propagating a green revolution, Siddharth Nigam will be seen dressed as a gorilla as he performs to the song ‘Sadda Haq’.

And finally it will be time for Bravo to showcase his absolute best as he makes his Jhalak debut while shaking a leg to ‘Disco Deewane’. Donning Big B’s retro avatar from the movie ‘Yaarana’, the West Indies all-rounder will pay homage to the thespian by recreating the magic of the disco era. Bringing together the perfect mix of élan and energy in his performance, Bravo will walk away with the loudest applause of the night. Impressed by his act, Karan Johar stated that Bravo’s performance was the best by any cricketer on ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa…Hot Hai’. The judges will attempt to learn few of Bravo’s hip Caribbean moves as well.

With already one episode and oodles of appreciation in his kitty, Dwayne DJ Bravo has already amped up the competition levels on ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa…Hot Hai’. And, Bravo’s entry has also brought a bit of relief for the contestants as eliminations are held back and every contestant is given one more week to showcase their absolute best! With such a thunderous debut further backing this claim, it seems like it won’t be long before Bravo can christen himself as the ‘Champion’ of the dancing world a well.
