Deepika Padukone’s career seems to have come to a standstill after the much controversial ‘Padmaavat’ earlier this year. The actress was to shoot for a crime thriller biopic on Sapna Didi with Irrfan Khan, but unfortunately the actor was diagnosed with a severe health condition, leaving the film’s fate undecided. However, if the latest buzz is to be believed then Deepika has signed up for a superhero movie, which will be an out-an-out action project. Interestingly, Deepika’s ex-flame Ranbir Kapoor too is working in a superhero movie with Alia Bhatt, which is titled ‘Brahmastra’ and is directed by Deepika and Ranbir’s one of the best friends Ayan Mukerji.
