Bahubali 2 video leak: Police arrest the graphic designer
Police have arrested the graphic designer-video editor after it was found that he was the person behind ‘Bahubali: The Conclusion’, aka ‘Bahubali 2’ leak
‘Bahubali: The Conclusion’ is a much awaited film, after the first part, ‘Bahubali: The Beginning’, created humongous buzz last year. While the first part went well, a nine-minute clip of the closely guarded project ‘Bahubali 2’ was leaked online, and is still doing the rounds on various social media platforms. Producer of ‘Bahubali: The Conclusion’, Shobu Yarlagadda confirmed on Twitter that an unfinished video clip was indeed leaked online. He shared, “Person responsible for the leak was identified with the help of security features in place and was arrested late last night by the police and handed over to the cybercrime. We have many security features in ‘Bahubali’ to deter precisely these kind of situations. However, filmmaking is a collaborative effort, involving hundreds of people across multiple locations, and we need to work on trust! In very rare cases this trust is not maintained, leading to such unpardonable and unfortunate situation!” ‘Bahubali 2’, or ‘Bahubali: The Conclusion’, is set to release in 2017.
