Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan will begin shooting for their part in Karan Johar’s next production venture, ‘Good News’. The film had already gone on the floors with Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh in November last year, however the next schedule in Mumbai will feature combination scenes of the four celebs and cinema stars. Akshay and Kareena will also be shooting for marathon scenes as the lead pair later. Since Akshay Kumar was away at the end of November 2018, Dharma Productions’ ‘Good News’ started without the lead pair, him and Kareena Kapoor. Akki and Bebo play a couple which is trying to have a baby and eventually opt for IVF, while Kiara and Diljit play a newlywed duo.
‘Good News’ is directed by debutant Raj Mehta and was scheduled to release on July 19, but in all probability could shift to September. Akki is currently working on R Balki’s next Bollywood production, ‘Mission Mangal’, with ‘Good News lined up next. The actor will also be seen in Karan Johar’s another project, named ‘Kesari’.
