Aishwarya Rai to play multiple personality disorder character!
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has given her nod to play the character suffering from multiple personality disorder in the adaptation of yesteryear hit ‘Raat Aur Din’ (1967), starring Nargis Dutt
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is being selective about the projects she signs up and has given a nod to a rather interesting subject. The buzz in the entertainment industry is that the actress has agreed to play the lead in the adaptation of the yesteryear hit film ‘Raat Aur Din’, released in 1967. Aishwarya will play a role similar to that of Nargis Dutt, whose character suffers from multiple personality disorder. Nargis’ portrayal in ‘Raat Aur Din’ won her a National Award. Interestingly, this film will be produced by KriArj Entertainment, the same banner which is producing Ash’s upcoming venture ‘Fanney Khan’. The adaptation of ‘Raat Aur Din’ will be directed by Siddharth Anand and will be a strong female-centric story.
