Aditya Pancholi is in trouble again for raping! As if his fight with Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel was not enough over the years, this time around, Aditya Pancholi is in a mess for a grave crime as rape. Mumbai Police, at the Versova Police Station, have booked Aditya Pancholi for rape case. Since an actress complained against Pancholi, the police have filed an FIR, even though the cops feel that it would be difficult to prove as the case is almost 10 years old. Despite that, the investigation has begun immediately. The actress, who alleged rape, said that it all started when she was just 17. When she brought it to the notice of the cops in the past, the actor-producer was let off with a warning. But the abuses continued. Now, after almost a decade, she has officially lodged a complaint with the Mumbai Police and Aditya Pancholi has been booked for rape.
Although this may not have happened in the wake of #MeToo movement in Bollywood, Aditya Pancholi will certainly face tough times ahead because of the fresh rape accusation and FIR by the Mumbai Police. Of late, the actor has always been in the news for all the wrong reasons. Readers would remember how Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel had accused Pancholi of harassment in the year 2017 when the actress and he broke-up after allegedly being in love way back in their younger days. The entire episode was played-up in the media and even gave enough fodder to the gossip mills in Bollywood. Dirty linens were washed in public even before Kangana, Aditya or his wife Zarina Wahab could do any damage control with their images.

Other than that, work-wise, Pancholi hasn’t got many Bollywood films to boast about in the last 15 years. Thanks to Kangana Ranaut and the recent rape charges, his real-life troubles have kept Aditya Pancholi more in the news than the entertainment world.
