Sunny Leone has been garnering a lot of support from Bollywood, for one of her interviews with a journalist from national news channel CNN IBN. The actress was lauded for answering all the regressive questions patiently and politely, asked by the interviewer, Bhupendra Chaubey, with reference to her past as a porn star.
Sunny was asked if Aamir Khan would ever work with her, to which she replied saying, “Probably not, because of my background.” When further probed if she would want to work with him, Sunny said, “Of course, who wouldn’t!” Harping more on the same front, the interviewer followed up asking, “So you would like to work with Aamir but Aamir wouldn’t want to work with you. How would this reflect on you then?” Maintaining her poise, Sunny replied saying, “It doesn’t affect me. I am still going to be an Aamir fan. I am still going to watch all his movies.”
Aamir Khan came out in support of the actress knowing this. He wrote a note to the actress on his Facebook and Twitter accounts. “I think Sunny conducted herself with a lot of grace and dignity in this interview… I wish I could have said the same about the interviewer. And yes, Sunny, I will be happy to work with you. I have absolutely no problems with your ‘past’, as the interviewer puts it. Stay blessed. Cheers. Aamir.”
Sunny Leone now seems elated with the response. She immediately replied on Twitter, posting, “I think my heart just dropped seeing this! Thank you so much for the support. It means the world and beyond to me! Wow! You just made my whole year saying that! I was just happy you wrote me back. Respect you dearly.”
The interviewer and the channel meanwhile have received a lot of flak from all quarters.

Sunny Leone displays far more dignity than these self appointed moral custodians of society.
