Karan Johar seems to have pulled off an interesting casting coup by roping in Aamir Khan and Alia Bhatt in a film based on the life of spiritual guru Osho Rajneesh
An interesting pair comprising of Aamir Khan and Alia Bhatt is set to come together for Karan Johar’s next Bollywood film. Trade buzz suggests that Alia Bhatt has signed up to play Ma Sheela, while Aamir Khan will portray Osho in a film based on the life of the spiritual guru Osho Rajneesh. The film will reportedly be produced by Karan Johar, while Shakun Batra of ‘Kapoor & Sons’ fame will helm the flick. Aamir Khan is currently occupied with his massive home production venture ‘Mahabharat’, but has still given a nod to play Osho, thanks to the interesting character and colourful life the spiritual guru led. With an ambitious cast of Aamir and Alia, it will be interesting to see if Karan Johar can pull of this casting coup and a non-controversial flick.
