Alia Bhatt was rumoured to be a part of father Mahesh Bhatt produced Bollywood film ‘Aashiqui 3’, opposite Hrithik Roshan. However, Mahesh Bhatt wants to improve his work of cinema to be able to cast his “talented daughter”, who now enjoys a celeb status. He says, “Alia is doing a great job and I would like to raise my standards to match her talent. When I feel that I have a film whose scale will be similar to the kind of work Alia is doing, only then will I work with her. The new generation has changed the dimensions of cinema with a new dawn.” While Mahesh Bhatt has launched several now Bollywood celebs in the cinema world, it remains to be seen if he decides to give daughter Alia Bhatt’s career a new dimension.
