Varun Dhawan feels October heat

Varun Dhawan-starrer ‘October’ has a slow start on the opening day and has collected Rs 20.25 crore at the box office in three days of its release

Varun Dhawan’s emotional release, ‘October’, opened to mixed reviews and a slow start on Friday, collecting a meagre Rs 5.04 crore at the box office. However, the film recorded an upward trend through the weekend. With a growth of 48 percent on Saturday, ‘October’s collected Rs 7.47 crore on the second day and another Rs 7.74 crore on Sunday. The total collection of ‘October’ at the box office, in the three days of its release, stands at Rs 20.25 crore. The film was well received in multiplexes across metro cities. ‘October’ has released on 1,683 screens across India and is made on a budget of approximately Rs 35 crore. The movie has already recovered a good amount with Amazon taking over the satellite and digital rights.
