Mallika Sherawat refutes rumours of renting apartment in Paris
Mallika Sherawat says that she has been staying in Los Angeles, USA and in India, and not in Paris as some report claims saying a judge has fined her for not paying the house rent
Mallika Sherawat is back in the news with reports of being evicted from her house in Paris, along with boyfriend Cyrille Auxenfans. A French court, on Tuesday, has ordered Mallika and Cyrille to pay 78,787 Euros (approximately Rs 59.87 lakh) in rent for their apartment in the elite 16th Arrondissement residential district, which they had rented for 6,054 Euros in January last year, suggest reports. After trending on Twitter for all the wrong reasons this time around, Mallika Sherawat, who is an active celebrity on many social media platforms herself, claimed that she doesn’t stay in Paris at all! “I have said it before and I am saying it again, I do not own or have rented any apartment in Paris! I have been in Los Angeles and in India since the last eight months. I do not live in Paris, please do not spread false rumours,” said Mallika.
