Emraan Hashmi has decided to give some rest to his serial kisser tag and let someone else take the mantle. In his upcoming film, ‘Baadshaho’, the actor won’t be kissing, rather co-star Ajay Devgn has a smooch scene. “I am not kissing in this film. I have taken a break in ‘Baadshaho’. I decided that in this film, someone else should do the hard work,” says Emraan, tongue-in-cheek. With ‘Baadshaho’, the trio of Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi and Milan Luthria will come together after a gap of seven years. “While people may expect something like ‘One Upon A Time In Mumbaai’ with ‘Baadshaho’ as well but Milan has broken that conjecture very well. I was very happy with the script, it is a dramatic, action-heist film. It is a very different equation from what people have seen in ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’,” he adds.
After a slew of flops like ‘Azhar’ and ‘Raaz: Reboot’ in 2016, Emraan Hashmi is hoping to hit the jackpot with ‘Baadshaho’. The film promises a thrilling, adventurous journey set against the backdrop of the Emergency era of the 1970s.
