Kabaddi calling for Hrithik Roshan

Ronnie Screwvala has signed Hrithik Roshan to star in his upcoming Bollywood film based on kabaddi. The film will promote Ronnie’s Pro Kabaddi League team U Mumba

After signing up for a mathematician’s role in Vikas Bahl’s ‘Super 30’, Hrithik Roshan has pocketed yet another biopic. Trade buzz suggests that Hrithik has given a nod to a sports based film which will feature him in the role of a kabaddi player. This Bollywood film will be produced by Ronnie Screwvala, who owns U Mumba, a kabaddi team which plays in the Pro Kabaddi League. While the director is yet to be finalised, this untitled movie will be used to promote Ronnie Screwvala’s team in the upcoming Pro Kabaddi League season 5. Sport films is catching up again as the newest trend in Bollywood. After Salman Khan and Aamir Khan’s wrestling act, Hrithik will indulge in kabaddi, while Akshay Kumar will play a hockey captain in ‘Gold’.
