Celebrity Rajkummar Rao is back with another intense cinema, ‘Trapped’, directed by Vikramaditya Motwane. This Bollywood film is a journey of a protagonist who gets trapped inside an empty high-rise without any food, water or electricity. In order to do justice to his character Shaurya, Rajkummar Rao went through a similar ordeal, living off bare minimum food. “I survived on black coffee and carrots because if I continued to eat then you wouldn’t be able to see the physical change in the character. During lunch time, I would quietly go to my room and eat my chopped carrot and coffee,” says Rajkummar Rao. ‘Trapped’ is a survival drama which was shot in just about a month’s time and will hit the screens on March 17.
