Jolly LLB 2 review: Arshad Warsi gives a thumbs-up to Akshay Kumar
Reviewing ‘Jolly LLB 2’, Arshad Warsi says that he liked the work of Akshay Kumar, the lead actor in the Bollywood film. Arshad has done the prequel, ‘Jolly LLB’
Arshad Warsi, who starred in the first instalment of the courtroom drama ‘Jolly LLB 2’, attended a special screening of the new Bollywood film. In good spirits, Arshad commented on Akshay Kumar replacing him in the comedy franchise saying, “I am not at all upset, that is all rubbish,” as the news of his being replaced by Akki did the rounds since long. Arshad had starred in the prequel ‘Jolly LLB’ and the film was liked by most. Going on to praise the current movie, Arshad Warsi added, “‘Jolly LLB 2’ is a very intriguing film. Although I knew the script, it was still a lot of fun to watch it. The transformation from being a bad lawyer to a good one was excellent! Akshay has done 10 times better work than me.” ‘Jolly LLB 2’ has hit the screens today and stars Huma Qureshi opposite Akshay Kumar.
