Mother Genelia D’Souza and father Riteish Deshmukh welcomed a second boy Rahyl Deshmukh this year. The duo tries to balance Bollywood work around their kids and seems to be managing it really well. “My kids are there on the sets when I shoot. Women can multitask really well. And on days when I need to do more work, my husband is there. Even when Riteish has to go to work, he wakes up early and drops our son to school every day,” says the celebrity actress, praising husband Riteish Deshmukh for his fatherly duties. Genelia adds that while she may not be in front of the camera, she is busy with production, “I don’t think I ever quit work. As a mother you do a lot of work. It may not be acting but I have a production house. I have just produced a song. I am on my way to producing two films.”
