The Cut, a New York magazine, published an article criticising Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ wedding. The author labelled Priyanka as a ‘global scam artist’ and also claimed that marrying Nick was a well-designed work of her PR team, which was on the lookout for a Hollywood match for the actress. The magazine was forced to pull down the article and apologise to the global icon after being trolled on the social networking site Twitter. Several Bollywood celebrities called out the article to be sexist and disgusting. Priyanka also received support from her in-laws, Joe Jonas and his fiancé Sophie Turner. Priyanka Chopra, it seems, has decided to ignore the negativity and not allow the distasteful article to ruin her post-marital bliss. Priyanka and Nick recently arrived in Mumbai and will soon host a grand bash for the actresses’ Bollywood pals.
