Saif Ali Khan hoped to smash box office records in the year 2017, with two big films like ‘Rangoon’ and ‘Chef’ releasing in February and October respectively. While both the projects fell flat at the ticket windows, his third offering, ‘Kaalakaandi’, completely failed to release in 2017. Reminiscing the year gone by, Saif Ali Khan says, “It wasn’t a particularly great year professionally, but it was a very interesting experience. I learnt a lot of things about acting; some wonderful people taught me something new. I think I have changed as an actor from what I was. I have managed to be abreast of things and move with the current style.” Come 2018 and Saif will keep his fingers crossed for ‘Kaalakaandi’, ‘Baazaar’ as well as his web show for Netflix, ‘Sacred Games’.
