Ranbir Kapoor will reunite with Sonam Kapoor, after their debut film ‘Saawariya’ released in 2007. A decade later, the couple will romance each other in ‘Sanju’, a biopic on Sanjay Dutt’s life. Speaking about working with Sonam again, Ranbir says, “Sonam and I had worked 10 years ago, after which we never got an opportunity to work together. Sonam is the same, she has not changed at all. When we were assistants on ‘Black’, she had the same personality. The only thing that has changed in Sonam is that she has become an even better actress. When I worked with her in ‘Sanju’, she came with a different kind of confidence and experience. Both of us really enjoyed working together.” For the starters, Ranbir and Sonam were Assistant Directors (AD) to Sanjay Leela Bhansali when he was making his Bollywood film ‘Black’. From there the trio’s journey of ‘Saawariya’ began, which has continued till date with ‘Sanju’.
