Mahesh Bhatt reviews ‘Dear Zindagi’ as a whole, along with the works of celebs and cinema world’s cast and crew, Alia Bhatt, Shah Rukh Khan and director Gauri Shinde
Mahesh Bhatt seems to be in awe of his daughter’s latest release, ‘Dear Zindagi’. The filmmaker couldn’t stop praising the movie, which he saw at a special screening. “I am staggered by Gauri’s (director Gauri Shinde) work and was awestruck by Alia. I have never seen Shah Rukh Khan on the screen the way he has emerged in ‘Dear Zindagi’. It is an out of the box film, very brave, and makes Indian cinema proud. It is a new turn, the one which is going to bring many surprises. Many filmmakers are going to speak in this kind of language now,” says Mahesh Bhatt, reviewing ‘Dear Zindagi’.
A lot of positive reviews and good Box Office numbers have been pouring in for ‘Dear Zindagi’. The Bollywood film, filled with celebs and cinema stars, recorded a strong start at the Box Office with Rs 8.75 crore on Friday, growing to Rs 11.25 crore on Saturday.
