Akshay Kumar has taken up the villain’s role in Rajinikanth’s ‘2.0’, which is a sequel to 2010 Tamil hit film ‘Enthiran’. Although ‘2.0’ first hit the news because of superstar Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar’s presence in the film was later revealed, which became talk of the Bollywood town. Akki shares his ordeal of putting on the evil crow-like look for the film. “I hardly use make-up. But in this movie, I have made up for the make-up of the last 25 years. I had to sit for three hours, I don’t know how many films I watched while they did all the make-up on my face. It used to take one hour to remove it. I am already a very patient guy but with this exercise my patience level has increased a lot,” says Akshay Kumar, who plays villainous Dr Richard in the movie. Directed by S Shankar, the Indian sci-fi film ‘2.0’ is set to release in Diwali 2017. Rajinikanth’s ‘2.0’ was also known as ‘Robot 2.0’ for a brief period, before the film’s official poster was released. Catching everybody’s attention because of Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar’s make-up and looks, ‘2.0’ will be released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
